**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**
**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves extensive travel within assigned territories, meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product or service solutions. The Field Sales Executive must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
2. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Customize presentations to match the specific requirements and preferences of each client.
4. **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas.
5. **Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
6. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
7. **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with sales managers to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy implementation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
**Working Conditions**:
- This role requires frequent travel within designated regions or territories.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client meetings and sales activities.
- Work may be conducted both indoors (office settings, client premises) and outdoors (meetings, events, etc.).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
