**Skills**:
- In-depth understanding of brand marketing, digital and advertising ecosystem. Strong ATL / project management and execution experience. **Job Description**:

- Marketing Strategy and Plan: Based on the specified business objectives, develop the brand's annual marketing strategy and activity calendar. Monitor the activity calendar's progress constantly, evaluate each activity's efficacy, and regularly and appropriately update key stakeholders on the situation. Design and execution of the campaign: Design and build marketing campaigns for both online and offline mediums in collaboration with creative and media agency partners. Keep track of the campaigns' efficiency and efficacy, and report as needed
- Marketing alliances and partnerships
- Build and maintain alliances with other companies, agencies, content producers, start-ups, and other members of the ecosystem to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Management of social media and Web
- Work together with the agencies to meet your goals for website performance and owned media acquisition. Control the efficacy and content. Manage social media accounts and campaigns as well. Definition of a value proposition: Define the consumer-facing proposition in collaboration with local and international teams and agency partners.
