MAJOR DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIESFunctional

1.Developmarketing strategies that align with the business goals Manage andexecutecampaigns

2.across variousdigital channels including email sms/wats app social media searchengines and appbasedmarketing.

3.Use targetaudience segmentation messaging and content creation to achievedesired marketinggoals.

4.Measure andreport on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessagainst goals (ROI andKPIs).

5.Identify andcreate new ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performancesearch asAMP.

6.Be well versedwith GA and guide the implementation and take charge of regularreporting and analytics. Use insights to improve marketing plansandperformance.

7.Ability to workin a hectic environment to manage dailyoutcomes.

8.Drive passionatewith hunger to learn and domore

9.Team spirit butability to challenge status quo and create mutualaccountability.

10.Creativeagencies graphic designers media partners martech solutionproviders analytics team product managers and businessmanagers



Requirements

RelatedExperience:

5years of experience in digital marketing or related field BFSIexperience is an addedadvantage.

Understandingof martech stacks like Netcore campaign mechanisms like AMP MetaandSEM/SEM

AdditionalSkills (IfAny):

Strongunderstanding of digital marketing channels including SEO PPCsocial media email marketing and displayadvertising

Proficient inmarketing automationtools

Excellentanalytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g.GoogleAnalytics)

Strongproject managementskills



Related Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing orrelated field, BFSI experience is an added advantage. Understandingof martech stacks like Netcore, campaign mechanisms like AMP, Metaand SEM/SEM Additional Skills (If Any): Strong understanding ofdigital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, emailmarketing, and display advertising Proficient in marketingautomation tools Excellent analytical skills and experience withweb analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Strong projectmanagement skills
