Job summary:
An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Managing and prioritizing help desk tickets
- Assisting customers efficiently and effectively
- Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software to clients, and the end users
**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Knowledge basic windows troubleshooting
3. MS Office and Outlook troubleshooting
4. Ticketing tool and SLA experience preferred
