Magnus Kedium Plywood Industries is a dynamic and innovative plywood manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator cum Production Planning.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and update various types of data into computer systems or databases.
- Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on data analysis as needed.

**Production Planning**:

- Coordinate and schedule production processes to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with different departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate production activities.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

**General Duties**:

- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- ._Graduate in any discipline_
- Proven experience in data entry and production planning roles.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data Entry: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Planning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mangalore, Karnataka (required)
