Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new features and products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI-driven solutions and real estate market trends, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rexera's AI-driven products and processes, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of market trends and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new features and products, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the product's lifecycle from ideation to post-adoption feedback, ensuring the solution meets customer needs and market demands.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for ongoing product improvement, maximizing the product's performance and contribution to Rexera's business objectives.

Requirements

  • Technology Stack and SDLC: Strong understanding of the technology stack and software development lifecycle, with proficiency in product management and analytics tools.
  • Technical Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and prioritize features.
  • UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles, ensuring the product delivers an intuitive and effective user experience.
  • Data Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
