**Job Title**: Executive Assistant
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Reports To**: Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
**Experience Required**: 3+ years in Executive Assistant or Secretarial Role
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CDO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for the CDO, including co-ordination flights, hotels, and transport.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with discretion.
- **Secretarial Duties**:
- Attend meetings with the CDO and take detailed minutes, following up on action items.
- Ensure that the CDO is fully prepared for meetings by organizing relevant documents and providing timely briefings.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Support the CDO with digital transformation and technology projects by scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
- Liaise with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient execution of digital projects.
- Help manage the CDO’s tasks, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Act as a liaison between the CDO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, and business partners.
- Ensure smooth communication flow within the department and with other teams, both internal and external.
- **General Office Management**:
- Handle administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CDO.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or in a secretarial role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering results.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
