**Job Role**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive at PROPQUEST REALTORS LLP in PUNE. As a Presales Executive communication with potential clients, Pre sales activities Such as lead filtration, Meeting Fixing, Site Visit Scheduling. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Call existing and prospective clients for property records.
- Manage and update property details in CRM.
- Maintain records of communication done with Clients into CRM.
- Maintain and update listings of available / new properties on the Real Estate websites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Experience in responding to requests for proposals
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry for minimum 3-5 years
- Should be able to do out bounding and inbounding calls

**Qualification**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles, preferably in the real estate or consulting industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone and in-person.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company priorities.
- **Result-Oriented**: Motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
