As the Global Shares Associate in our Wealth Management Solutions Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Job responsibilities**:

- Own and drive key business analyses that impact decisions and operations of the Global Shares business model and corporate referrals
- Own and drive project workstreams, and lead stakeholder interactions, with initial supervision and training
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate regularly (e.g., outcomes of analysis, workstream updates) with senior management
- Provide succinct, clear verbal and written updates to senior leaders and across the organization. Own and drive project workstreams, and lead stakeholder interactions
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative by setting and achieving challenging goals and strong team player with ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills***:

- 3-5 years of experience within the firm, with a premier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy consulting / corporate strategy team
- Business Analysis skills, communication and Presentation skills
- People/Stakeholder Management skills and project Management skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with senior leaders across the organization and demonstrated experience with a broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills***:

- Client Focused approach and exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
- Project management and follow-through skills
- CAIA/MBA/CFA/CA preferred or Finance Graduates with relevant work experience
