Global Relations Manager

Job Summary: The Global Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in building bridges between the organization and its international partners, fostering collaboration, and driving global success. The role is multifaceted and requires strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. The global relationship managers play a crucial role in supporting their employer and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national & foreign business clients, representatives, partners, and clients through regular communication, networking, and relationship-building activities. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the organization and its international counterparts, fostering mutual trust, respect, and cooperation.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures with foreign entities to expand market presence and drive growth. Negotiate partnership agreements and contractual arrangements to support business objectives and enhance competitive advantage in global markets.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate cross-border projects, initiatives, and business ventures, ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders across different geographical regions. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and cultural understanding to promote synergy and innovation in global endeavors.
Diplomacy and Negotiation: Represent the organization in international forums, trade fairs, and business events, showcasing its products, services, and capabilities to potential partners and clients. Conduct negotiations, resolve conflicts, and navigate cultural differences with diplomacy and tact to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Account Management: Manage accounts of clients, including contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and order fulfilment. Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and proactively address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: They may interact with external clients, vendors, or stakeholders to coordinate administrative services or address inquiries and concerns. This involves building and maintaining positive relationships to support the organization's objectives.
Skills & Qualification:-
- Should be a graduate and should have 3- 5 years of working experience in similar category.
- Handling organization's national & international partners with their needs & expectations.
- Should be proactive with any extra work allocation as deemed necessary by the organization.
- Capable of going for client meetings & serving as a POC for clients/partners/country representatives.
- Good at communication skills, listening and situation handling skills.
- Handling Internal or Client Facing calls and situations.
