JobSummary:The Global RelationsManager plays a pivotal role in building bridges between theorganization and itsinternational partners fostering collaborationand driving global success. The role is multifaceted andrequiresstrong organizational communication and time management skills aswell as the ability towork efficiently and effectively in afastpacedenvironment. The global relationship managers playacrucial role in supporting their employer and ensuring the smoothfunctioning of the organization atalllevels.
KeyResponsibilities:
RelationshipBuilding: Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with national & foreign businessclientsrepresentatives partners and clients through regular communicationnetworking andrelationshipbuilding activities. Act as a trustedadvisor and liaison between the organization and itsinternationalcounterparts fostering mutual trust respect andcooperation.
StrategicPartnerships: Identify and cultivatestrategic partnerships alliances and joint ventures withforeignentities to expand market presence and drive growth. Negotiatepartnership agreements andcontractual arrangements to supportbusiness objectives and enhance competitive advantage inglobalmarkets.
CrossBorderCollaboration: Coordinate crossborderprojects initiatives and business venturesensuring effectivecollaboration among internal and external stakeholders acrossdifferent geographicalregions. Facilitate knowledge sharing bestpractice exchange and cultural understanding to promotesynergy andinnovation in globalendeavors.
Diplomacy andNegotiation: Represent the organizationin international forums trade fairs andbusiness events showcasingits products services and capabilities to potential partners andclients.Conduct negotiations resolve conflicts and navigatecultural differences with diplomacy and tact toachieve mutuallybeneficialoutcomes.
AccountManagement: Manage accounts of clientsincluding contract negotiations pricingagreements and orderfulfilment. Monitor account performance track sales metrics andproactivelyaddress customer needs to ensure satisfaction andloyalty.
Client andStakeholder Engagement: They may interactwith external clients vendors orstakeholders to coordinateadministrative services or address inquiries and concerns. Thisinvolvesbuilding and maintaining positive relationships to supportthe organizationsobjectives.
Skills&Qualification:
- Shouldbe a graduate and should have 3 5 years of working experience insimilar category.
- Handling organizationsnational & international partners with their needs& expectations.
- Should be proactivewith any extra work allocation as deemed necessary by theorganization.
- Capable of going for clientmeetings & serving as a POC forclients/partners/countryrepresentatives.
- Good atcommunicationskillslistening and situation handlingskills.
- Handling Internal or Client Facingcalls and situations.
