Personal Assistant

A personal assistant (PA) manages a variety of tasks to help their employer with their day-to-day activities. Some of their responsibilities include:
- **Scheduling**: Managing appointments, meetings, and conferences
- **Travel**: Booking flights, organizing accommodations, and planning itineraries
- **Administrative tasks**: Running errands, shopping, managing utility bills, and household supplies
- **Research**: Researching business functions or projects
- **Financial tasks**: Overseeing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
- **Document management**: Managing filing systems, recording and filing documents, and storing important documents safely
- **Presentations**: Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
- **Office systems**: Monitoring office systems, such as files and digital data, for efficiency
- **Inventory**: Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and restocking
- **Confidentiality**: Handling confidential information with discretion
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
