Personal Assistant

Support the Director in all work coordination & effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.
- Organize work by reading and routing correspondences; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Daily Operation follow-ups, task completion, scheduling, reminders, filing, small job completion, hygiene & cleanliness. Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal & external team members.
- Ensure all meetings are well organized and MOMs are captured and shared with all stakeholders & follow up for results
- Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings. Assist in the preparation of all internal meetings & events
- Communicate business announcement as and when required
- Arrange travel and booking of senior management/guests as and when required
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of self & other staff as per the management's instructions and needs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
