**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest preferences using hotel reservation systems.
Assist guests in selecting the most suitable rooms and packages based on their preferences and needs.
Confirm reservations, send booking confirmations, and provide guests with reservation details.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**:Welcome guests upon arrival, complete check-in procedures, and provide room keys.

Verify guest identification and payment information during check-in.
Process check-outs, prepare final bills, and ensure accuracy in charges.
Address guest concerns or inquiries during check-in and check-out processes.
- **Guest Services**:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest requests as needed.
- **Payment Processing**:Handle guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, following hotel policies and procedures.

Maintain a secure cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- **Communication**:Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and meet guest needs.

Relay guest messages and requests to the appropriate departments.
- **Problem Solving**:Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

Notify management of any unresolved issues or significant incidents.
- **Safety and Security**:Follow hotel security procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

Be aware of emergency procedures and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, financial transactions, and room assignments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Training in customer service and hotel operations is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
