- Job Purpose

To ensure end to end contracting with key Govt & Pvt accounts across India for pan GSK. Along with proposing and executing partnerships with key trade partners (Public & Private Healthcare), in compliance with sales and marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for exploring opportunities at Public &/or Pvt healthcare sector across India for pan GSK.
- Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to evaluate various access opportunities at these channels.
- Responsible to work on external benchmarking of available opportunity at these channels.
- Assess commercial/financial viability of the opportunity.
- Establish contacts and develop relationships with Key Accounts and identify the decision-making process and account mapping to ensure leverage of company priorities
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of markets in terms of potential size and share for the product
- Ensure achievement of set profitability from Key Accounts
- Develop commercial deals by leveraging GSK portfolio to increase sales and reduce cost
- Responsible for preparing pricing proposals for these accounts keeping in mind set KPIs of access, increase in MS & deliver profitable growths.
- Liaise with cross functional internal stakeholders for end to end contracting approvals.
- Responsible for evaluating, proposing & submission of tenders across Govt & Pvt accounts.
- Responsible for negotiations with external stakeholders.

**Knowledge/Education Required**

Graduate degree (Healthcare related qualification, or life sciences degree).

Sales & marketing / Analytics

Basic knowledge of Excel

**Preferred Level of Education**

Graduate

**Area of Specialization**

Tendering process & negotiations
- At least 3 years of tender business/Govt/Public healthcare sector experience within the country is preferred
- A consistent, demonstrable track record on performance
- Thorough knowledge of local market - Public & Private Healthcare sector,
- Commercial, sales and profit focused, analytical and have a strong business acumen
- Demonstrate high standards of compliance
