**Designation: People Operations Coordinator**

**Location: BKC, Mumbai (Hybrid)**

As a People Operations Coordinator at Nivoda, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our people and fostering an engaging workplace culture. You will collaborate with the People team to implement and maintain HR programs, policies, and processes while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. **What you’ll do**:

- Maintain employee records, handle confidential information, and support HR administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and compliance reporting.
- Utilise HRIS and other tools to collect and analyse data related to workforce metrics, turnover, recruitment, and other KPIs. Prepare regular reports to assess performance and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in a global, remote environment.
- Preparing contractual paperwork as required, ensuring the highest level of accuracy at all times.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Research, propose, develop and support regional and global People Team initiatives.

**What you’ll need**:
- Experience in HR or People Operations, preferable in a startup environment-
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures-
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to extract insights from data and present them effectively.-
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously-
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.-
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.-
