**The Role**:
**AMS **is currently hiring for Coordinator-People Operations role to work with the People Operations team to provide efficient and flexible support to internal AMS Line Managers, New Hires, Employees and Talent Acquisition. The coordinator (People Operations) will act as the main point of contact for all transactional People Operations tasks from allocated countries/regions including dealing with all 1st line support queries and the escalation of 2nd line queries to People Ops Specialists in allocated region.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Utilise all pre-set templates, letters, mail merges and processes to carry out established tasks and respond to incoming queries ensuring all correspondence is brand aligned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and policies as directed by People Operations Specialists, People Operations Team Leads and/or People Operations Managers, including SharePoint pages and version control documentation.
- Use the Workday system to run requested reports and generate required data when accessible as per process instructions.
- Work on ad-hoc administration activities as directed.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to learn from their experiences and knowledge. Support on team-wide projects to develop technical and professional skills.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
**Skills & Experience**:
- This will be a global role, Supports All AMS’ Regions - APAC, EMEA, UK & I, Americas.
- Will work with team that caters collectively to 24/5 Rotational shifts.
- Desirable/developable Knowledge, Skills and Experience.
- Experience in administration or customer services environment.
- Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data.
