Job Description: Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data into electronic systems or databases.

3. Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence.

5. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for executives or team members.

6. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.

7. Office Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.

8. Assistance with Projects: Provide support to various projects or initiatives as assigned, including research, coordination, and follow-up.

9. Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors when required.

10. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.

11. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

12. Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed and directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.

3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Tally Prime and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.

4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper phone etiquette.

6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues and proactively find solutions.

8. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

10. Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
