**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing exceptional service.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the packaging sector.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- **Proposal and Presentation Preparation**: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, marketing, and design teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are executed smoothly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, including forecasts and pipeline updates.
- **Networking**: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
