We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Chef to join our dynamic team at our bustling cloud kitchen. As a Junior Chef, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced culinary professionals in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the demands of our discerning customers. This role specifically caters to morning and evening shifts, offering a great work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a diverse range of menu items, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality control.

Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and plating.

Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Ingredient Inventory: Assist in monitoring ingredient stock levels, notifying senior staff of any shortages or discrepancies to ensure a smooth workflow.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate and execute food orders efficiently and promptly.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the appropriate channels.

Quality Control: Participate in regular taste tests and inspections to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility by handling multiple tasks and adjusting to changing kitchen demands during busy periods.

**Requirements**:
Culinary Education: Possess a culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution (or equivalent work experience).

Passion for Food: Display a genuine love for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry.

Team Player: Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to ingredient measurements, cooking times, and plating techniques to ensure consistent quality.

Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment and quickly adapt to changes in recipes, menus, and kitchen operations.

Food Safety Knowledge: Understand and adhere to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
