**Position Overview**
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Collection and Sales Process Executives. As a Collection and Sales Process Executive, you will handle outbound calls for both collection efforts and sales initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote products/services, explain features, and close sales deals.
- Meet monthly targets for collections and sales conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali.
- Ability to empathise with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Prior experience in collections, sales, or customer service will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
**Salary**: 15k - 17k
**Location**:Vajpayee Nagar, Bengaluru
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
