**Online Bidder IT Sales - Intern**

**Position Overview**: We are offering a contract-based Online Bidder IT Sales Internship for a motivated individual to join our IT sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and optimize online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Freelance to secure IT projects and foster client relationships. This internship spans 3 to 6 months and offers a clear pathway to becoming a full-time salaried employee with comprehensive benefits upon successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the IT sales team to identify, research, and bid on suitable projects across online bidding platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals, tailored to client needs, highlighting the company's expertise and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence on bidding platforms, ensuring a professional and engaging profile.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to understand project requirements, address inquiries, and provide project updates.
- Monitor bidding platforms for relevant project opportunities, analyze market trends, and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
- Build and nurture client relationships by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and aligning with their expectations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather project requirements and deliverables for accurate proposal creation.
- Keep track of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Participate in negotiation discussions and secure projects at favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of bids, proposals, and project details for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to fine-tune bidding strategies.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to align IT sales efforts with broader organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals and engaging client communications.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing,
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Freelance is advantageous.
- Getting projects/Making new clients for the company.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and services is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen interest in IT sales and client acquisition.

**Internship Details**:

- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Compensation: Stipend-based contract internship
- Potential Progression: Upon successful completion, opportunity to transition to a salaried HR & Admin Executive with comprehensive benefits, including an annual increment.

**Location**: A 21/67, Second Floor 206, Sector 67 Noida 201301.
