**Target Planning**
At the end of every financial year, consult with the management for preparing the target of the next year by taking the natural an extra effort growth.
In every year give a well defined potential analysis of each business target area for planning the target effectively based on number of customers, market growth etc
Responsible for ensuring participative target planning by taking the involvement of the team at the time of finalization so that they will also take the responsibility to achieve it
**Team Creation**
Responsible for creating an effective and efficient team through proper interviewing and periodical training to achieve the objectives of the marketing department
Responsible for communicating the plans, strategies and their roles in the department through team and individual meeting
Responsible for conducting review meeting as per the following standard: weekly individual meeting with BM, by weekly team meeting with all BM, monthly meeting with all BMs and ABMs
**Target Implementation**
Responsible for implementing the target branch wise through communicating the marketing plan and strategy for achieving the result
Responsible for achieving new business target and rejoining target as per the definition of the company and management by allocating it to the branch business managers
Responsible for ensuring a maximum conversion rate of non active customers to active customers by proper monitoring and implementation of activities
Responsible for ensuring that the branch targets are divided properly to the ABMs as per the potential of area, capacity of the ABM and based on the strategies
**Strategy Implementation**
Accountable for implementing the marketing and promotional strategies as per the marketing plan to support the branches to achieve their targets
Accountable for ensuring that all the teams are comfortable with the strategies and ensure the implementation in the way the company defined
**Dues and Collection Management**
Responsible for ensuring proper collection to avoid the dues and keep a track over the due report to avoid chronic dues and defaulters
By weekly verify the due status and implement the action through the BMs to keep the profitability part of the organization and make sure that the team is putting effort
Once in a period do a random checking in the routes to ensure that the team is managing the collection properly and get make sure that ABM is managing the route
With the help of the customer care division do random calling the customers to ensure that they team is taking care of the customers in all aspects to ensure customer satisfaction
**Registration Support**
In each month forecast the date for chits registration and update it to the IA who is in-charge of the registration department and update the status
Ensure that all the registrations and minutes filing are happening as per the instruction from the company and the management and coordinate with IA for support
**Chits Management and Monitoring**
In each months, based on the target prepare the chitty group and direct the team to achieve the target based on priority so that the coordination with registration department will be ok
Responsible for managing all the chitties of the company in terms of the customers, collection and proper schemes delivery based on the priority of the company
Responsible for verifying, analyzing and identifying the thalavariyolas received and cancelled
**Monitoring, Review and Evaluation**
Responsible for reviewing the effectiveness, consistency and the result from each activities and strategies that implemented in the branches for promotion and marketing
Responsible for taking immediate action if any activities went wrong and submit the explanation to the management. Also responsible for doing PE of the team based on performance
**Business Development**
Responsible for supporting the team for business development through on site working as per the request from the team and the policies
Responsible for meeting the business development target through meeting premium customers, and old customers and support the team if there is are complicated customers
Responsible for verifying premium thalavariyolas received as per the request from the BMs and the policies of the company
**Reporting**
Responsible for checking the manual registers and the key reports in the branch marketing department. For e.g. kaippattu receipt, thalavariyola received vs verification delay report, route checking report etc
Responsible for ensuring that all the team members are sending the daily reports without any fail and give them a comment when it is necessary
Responsible for sending the daily report every day to support the management in taking decisions and action for improving the business and branding
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
