About the role:
The Operations & Project Manager- Branding and Marketing will serve as the central hub for operational efficiency, taking ownership of critical activities that currently lack a dedicated owner. This role is designed to address issues such as:
- Poor tracking and prioritization of key projects.
- Inefficient allocation of team time on tasks that do not drive the business forward.
- Team members are becoming overwhelmed due to uneven workload distribution.
By assuming responsibility for key data, reporting, and operational support activities, this role will enable the team to focus on their expertise and revenue-generating efforts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data and Reporting
- Maintain and update trackers, including:
- Sales Tracker
- Marketing Tracker
- Scorecard Tracker
- Retention Tracker
- Generate weekly reports summarizing insights from all trackers.
2. Ad-Hoc Project Management
- Oversee critical business initiatives, such as:
- HubSpot/email/domain migrations.
- Development of Notion dashboards and reporting tools.
- Investigating and implementing new software solutions.
- Ensure team actions/projects are tracked and driven to completion.
- Support the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
3. Marketing and Sales Support
- Schedule social media posts and manage updates to tools like Calendly.
- Organize and subtitle marketing videos.
- Collate and report on data for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for marketing and sales processes.

Key Requirements:
Hard Skills:
Project Management:
- Prince 2 / PMP certification (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Notion.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards/trackers.
- Knowledge of scorecard KPI tracking.
Process and SOP Development:
- Skilled at documenting and standardizing workflows.
- Strong understanding of process optimization.
Technical Literacy:
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and adopting new software solutions.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Proactive initiative and a sense of ownership.
Additional Requirements:
- Prince 2 / PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- 5+ years of experience in operations roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in data reporting or analytics.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday Weekly Hours: ~40 hours
- 13.30pm - 22.30pm IST (08.00am - 17.00 GMT)
Pay & Benefits - What We Offer:
- Annual CTC: 8 - 12 lakh per year
