Job Summary

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by consistently evaluating the team’s capabilities, providing training and help close high value transactions.
- Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans.
- Create new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to maximize revenue potential.
- Lead initiatives to result in high client satisfaction and retention.

Desired skills & experience:

- 15+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven record of selling high end apartments & villas.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and leadership skills, with clear focus on closing the Sales and revenue generation.
