**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office operations by handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and directing communication as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and providing administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Should have 1-3years of experience in the same field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
