Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Provide end-user support, addressing hardware and software-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Deploy and manage software updates, patches, and security configurations on desktops and laptops.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop solutions with network and server infrastructure.
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to enhance the organization's desktop environment.
Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Create and maintain documentation related to desktop configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,736.68 per month
