**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the agriculture industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support..
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

**Job Requirements**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.

Education Qualification
- Bachelor and Master's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- **2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture machinery**

**industry.**

Location/Geographies. (Total 3 positions)
- Region1: North - Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh
- Region2: West - Maharashtra, Gujarat & Rajasthan
- Region3: South - AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nādu, Kerala

The Base location for each region can be any of the cities in any of the states mentioned in

the respective regions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,379.31 - ₹34,015.73 per month
