Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support for our Cab service over call, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming customer calls and chat inquiries in an efficient manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer inquiries.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and response times.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
