**BeeperMD** looking for passionate English speaking customer representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.

2. Excellent verbal Skills in English.

3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.

4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

5. Support customers across telecommunications.

1. English Fluency level: Fluent.

2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.

4. Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.

5. Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.

**Shift: Rotational Shift(24*7) and 5 Days working.**

**Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh.**

**Work from Office Only.**
