**1. Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential clients or businesses that could benefit from the agency's digital marketing services.
- Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and create a database of leads.

**2. Prospecting**:

- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for a successful partnership.

**3. Sales Presentations**:

- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
- Communicate the value proposition of the agency's digital marketing services.

**4. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market conditions and potential opportunities.

**5. Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the agency's offerings and promotional materials.
- Provide input on marketing strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

**6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and current information about leads and clients.
- Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.

**7. Follow-up**:

- Follow up with potential clients to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales process.

**8. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

**9. Learning and Development**:

- Actively participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
- Seek feedback and guidance from experienced sales professionals within the agency.

**10. Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and progress in meeting sales targets.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

**11. Adaptability and Initiative**:

- Be flexible and willing to take on new tasks or projects as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes.
