Key Responsibilities
- **Office Management**: Manage office supplies, maintain office organization, and coordinate repairs or services as needed.
- **Scheduling**: Arrange meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Update and maintain databases, filing systems, and record-keeping systems.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, or conferences.
- **Expense Tracking**: Handle expense reports, process invoices, and manage petty cash or budget items.
- **Other Administrative Duties**: Provide general support to team members, including copying, scanning, and data collection.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office management tools or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
