We are hiring a Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients or agents in the payments industry. The Support Executive will be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with our payment solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for payment platforms and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct client training sessions on payment system usage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve our payment solutions.
- Ensure high-quality support services to enhance client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in payments or related fields.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with payment systems and technology.
- Proficiency in using support tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
