Maako Collective Private Limited is a sustainable furniture and home décor brand that specializes in handcrafted luxury products made from eco-friendly materials like rattan, bamboo, water hyacinth, and jute. We aim to revive the traditional craftsmanship of Assam while promoting sustainability and offering premium lifestyle products to eco-conscious consumers. We are recognised and incubated by Startup Assam, Govt. of Assam.
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our business development, helping us expand our market presence and engage with a wider audience. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, enhance your skills, and make a significant impact on our growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for Maako Collective’s products.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer preferences to help position our products.
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with potential customers online.
- Collaborate with our artisans and teams to develop new marketing ideas.
- Assist in building partnerships with influencers, interior designers, and retail outlets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for sustainable products and the craftsmanship of India.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
