As an Event Coordinator at ATP Events, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from weddings to corporate functions and everything in between. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences, and then translate their visions into seamless, memorable experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, décor, and transportation.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay within allocated funds.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and services.
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- A passion for creativity and a genuine interest in making every event memorable.

**Join Our Team**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
