**Job Role: Office Administrator - Order Fulfillment**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors to track and expedite orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
