Job Title: Banquet Sales Manager

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing banquet revenue, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your strong sales skills, organizational abilities, and customer-centric approach will contribute to the success and growth of our banquet business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Actively promote and sell banquet services to corporate clients, event planners, and individuals seeking event spaces.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

3. Respond to client inquiries, provide accurate and detailed information on banquet services, pricing, and availability, and prepare and present event proposals.

4. Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of events, including menu selection, room setup, audiovisual needs, and other event requirements.

5. Conduct site visits with clients, showcasing event spaces, explaining capabilities, and addressing any questions or concerns.

6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value and exceeding client expectations.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive banquet sales and increase market visibility.

8. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for innovation and stay competitive in the market.

9. Coordinate closely with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless event execution, addressing any logístical challenges, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

10. Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, contracts, and financial transactions.

11. Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to obtain feedback, address any concerns, and foster ongoing relationships.

12. Monitor banquet revenue and sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Banquet Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with internal teams.

4. Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple events and priorities simultaneously.

5. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate event planning and execution.

6. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

7. Knowledge of banquet operations, event logistics, and catering services.

9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

10. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
