**Inside Sales Executive**

**Position Title**: Inside Sales Executive

We, along with our valued partners, are augmenting the adoption of 3D printing technology to further the goal of transforming India into a global manufacturing hub under the Make-in-India initiative. Along with successful implementation of large scale projects in education and training, we are now expanding in the industrial and manufacturing space. As a project integrator, we oversee end-to-end project implementation which entails project planning, co-ordination, organization, logistics and skilling.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold Calling & Lead Generation:_

1) Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers.

2) Identify and qualify sales opportunities through targeted cold calling campaigns.

3) Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Quotation Preparation:_

1) Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on client requirements.

2) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations.

3) Follow up on submitted proposals to close deals effectively.
- Client Communication:_

1) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

2) Respond promptly to inquiries and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

3) Conduct product or service presentations using PowerPoint to clients when required.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation:_

1) Maintain sales records, generate reports, and track progress using Excel.

2) Analyze data to identify trends and improve sales performance.
- Collaboration:_

1) Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

2) Provide market insights to improve product offerings and positioning.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales with a focus on cold calling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
