ONSITE Position
- Responsibilities:_
- _Identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Leverage on a strong network._
- _Client Relationship Building_
- _Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements._
- _Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects._
- _client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status._
- _Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution._
- _Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments._
- _Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members._
- _Cross-using leads for various projects._
- _Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations._
- _Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity._
- _Carrying ownership for every customer query._
- _Resolving Queries of Customer through E-Mail, Phone._
- _Explaining about the new deals and offers._
- _Attending Inbound and Outbound Calls on Daily Basis._
- _Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies._
- _Researching prospects and generating leads._
- _Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints._
- _Preparing and sending quotes and proposals._
- _Managing the sales process through specific software programs._
- _Building and maintaining a CRM database._
- _Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets._
- _Participating in sales team meetings._
- Requirements:_
- _1-4 years of sales experience._
- _Excellent customer service and sales skills._
- _Strong verbal and written communicator._
- _Excellent phone and presentation skills._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs._
- _Good negotiation and problem-solving skills._

**Salary**: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
