The Presales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. This role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's products or services. The Presales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, contributing to revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various sources
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database and through lead generation activities.
- Introduce the company's products or services and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other sales prospecting techniques.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Develop a good understanding of the company's products or services to deliver an effective sales pitch.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about the offerings.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers during calls.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
