Job Title:
Executive - Retention
**Job Description**:
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Customer-service focus.
- Work Experience in helpdesk support, tech support, non-tech support, and software
- support would be required
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proactively engage with customers in person to address concerns and gather feedback.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, both in person and remotely.
- Educate customers on product features and updates during field visits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and implement
- improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Qualification and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, including in-person interactions.
- Customer-centric mindset and a willingness to engage directly with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and in teams.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.

This was when our founders decided to build a robust, user-friendly & cost-effective billing software for SMB restaurants that will automate everyday operations and push businesses towards sustainability.
And now, a decade into the industry, we have realized our dream of becoming the ideal restaurant billing solution provider to all & every kind of food service business in India.
