**Administration officer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and handle membership registrations, including collecting payments from members.
- Inform members about upcoming meetings and programs.
- Take responsibility for fund handling and ensure proper financial management.
- Maintain accurate records of membership details, payments, and other relevant information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, programs, and events.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with members and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and policies.
- Organize membership campaigns.
- Meet the merchants directly or contact them through phone to convince them to take membership.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent Malayalam typing skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to convince the merchants to take Membership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- Driving License & own two wheeler.
- Willingness to travel.

**Salary**: 20,000
