Job Description: Assistant to Branch Head with Content Writing Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our organization as an Assistant to the Branch Head with excellent content writing abilities. As the Assistant to the Branch Head, you will provide comprehensive support to the branch head, while also taking charge of content creation and writing tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong command of written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the branch head in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the branch.
2. Conduct research, gather data, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
3. Develop engaging and informative content for various channels, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing materials.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their content needs and develop high-quality written materials that align with the organization's brand voice and messaging.
5. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring it adheres to established guidelines and standards.
6. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content in accordance with marketing and communication plans.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content creation and marketing.
8. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating compelling copy for advertisements and promotional materials.
9. Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to ensure the timely production and distribution of marketing collateral.
10. Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records and files.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in journalism or creative writing is a plus.
2. Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role with a strong writing portfolio.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style as per the target audience.
4. Proficiency in using content management systems, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Knowledge of basic design principles and experience with graphic design software is desirable but not mandatory.
