**Position : Office Assistant**
**Location**: Pimpri, Pune
**Experience **:6 months to 1 Year
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing materials and orientation sessions.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to support project coordination and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, representing the company professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
