We are seeking a Client Relations Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry, digital marketing, and marketing fields. As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maximizing their satisfaction with our services.
Location - Chennai
Salary - upto 30 K / Per month
Experience - 1 - 2 years
**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement
3. Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals to effectively align our services with their needs.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of client projects and campaigns.
5. Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, campaign performance, and relevant industry trends.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
7. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
8. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the real estate sector.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2**. 1-2 years** of experience in client relations, preferably in the real estate, digital marketing, or marketing sectors.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
8. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
10. Prior experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
