**Responsibilities Will Include**:
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and incoming calls and messages promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Providing information to visitors, employees, and clients as needed.
- Ensuring proper security protocols are followed for access to the premises.
- Operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or a front-desk role is often preferred.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate handling of administrative tasks.
- Good telephone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls effectively.
