**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Phoenix Business Advisory in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with clients and visitors.

**Qualifications**
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
- Reservations handling and effective Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of multiple languages is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work with HR team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
