**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, parents, and prospective families.
- Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective families, showcasing our programs, facilities, and educational philosophy.
- Provide detailed information about our curriculum, enrollment process, tuition fees, and policies.
- Assist prospective families with completing enrollment forms and collecting required documents.
- Follow up with prospective families to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining student records.
- Coordinate schedules for student assessments, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient operation of the pre-school.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management regarding admissions-related matters.
- Serve as a liaison between parents and teachers, relaying important information as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address parent concerns and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Cultivate positive relationships with current families to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for working with children and families.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
