As a Personal Assistant to the Operations Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operations department. You will provide dedicated administrative and organizational support to the Operations Head, enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making and overall departmental management.

**Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the Operations Head's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.

Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the Operations Head.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary creation for the Operations Head's business trips.

Data Management: Maintain and organize operational data, files, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments made by the Operations Head.

Project Support: Provide administrative assistance for ongoing projects, tracking progress and updating relevant parties.

Information Flow: Ensure timely dissemination of information within the operations team and across the organization.

Problem Solving: Address ad hoc challenges and tasks that arise in the day-to-day operations of the department.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
