**Designation - Executive - Livelihood Programs**

**Company - Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN)**

**Location - Bangalore**

**Reporting to - Regional manager**

**Annual Salary - up to 3 Lakh per annum**
- Assist the regional manager in monitoring the implementation of the PANKH and TRRAINHer ascent program in Karnataka.
- Coordinate with partner NGO’s for the day today tasks as per the SOP’s.
- Collecting and verifying the offer letter and updating of placement proofs to p3
- Conducting placement drives and employer visit
- Collecting testimonies, success stories and feedback from trainees and employers
- Arranging the placements for the trainees with brands
- Counselling the trainees and parents and prepare trainees for the interviews
- Follow up with the working trainees and parents to tackle the issues impacting their job.
- Visiting the trainees and HR Manager at work place
- Identifying local placement and line up for interviews of PANKH and THA trainees

Coordinating with the partners for the day today tasks
- Facilitating the donor visits at the centre

**Essential Skills**:

- Good Communication Skills (English and Kannada)
- Willing to travel within Bangalore and in Karnataka for the program monitoring
- Ability to handle the youth and people with Disability
- Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
- Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis

**Education Qualification**

Graduate or Post Graduate - MSW or MBA is preferred.

**Preferred Experience**

Minimum 1 year experience in skill development/livelihood initiatives

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
